Voiced by Design is a tattoo establishment located in North Central Florida. In 2020, William Luke, a talented upcoming tattoo artist from a small town saw the need to change things up and step away from your typical, tattoo parlor vibe. With great ambition, William is dedicated to taking Voiced by Design far beyond tattoos. We strive to fulfill the needs of our clients by offering the opportunity to become the best,
unique version of themselves.
